Mr. Aamir Mubeen holds Masters degree in Finance and has over 20 years of corporate management experience. He started RAK Services in 2012 and took the company to the height of growth and success with his dedication and hard work. Before Starting his career as a Businessman, he has worked in one of the Largest Bank of Pakistan for 10 years at different managerial positions.  In addition to His technical expertise, He possesses strong leadership qualities, and inspire and motivate the teams, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. His deep understanding of the intricate workings of back office processes stems from his background in finance and operations management. This expertise has allowed him to identify pain points and challenges faced by organizations in managing their administrative tasks, financial operations, and data management. He recognized the need for a comprehensive back office solution that could optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. His strategic vision and ability to identify market trends have been key factors in the company's success. Mr. Zafar Iqbal is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) with 15 years of diversified experience in accounts, finance, and administration. A professional accountant with experience in wide variety of industries like Telecommunication, Education, Retail and Quick Service Restaurants. Goal-oriented individual, with strong leadership trait and with a demonstrated track record of Oracle based GL Accounting & Analysis of financial reports, process & system development. He is a competent CFO beyond the traditional responsibilities of financial management. He is a skilled communicator, able to effectively translate financial information into actionable insights for both executive teams and stakeholders. Zafar possess excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments and building strong relationships with investors, auditors, and banking institutions. Mr. Sufyan Aslam has joined RAK Services in 2015. He holds membership of ACCA to his credit. He is a seasonal accounting professional. He has contributed a lot in the development of Quick Book & Mortgage department in the company. He is skilful in performing a full range of accounting operations, combined with inherent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. He is our company’s forerunner in provision of Customer services and maintain relationship with clients. Mr Sufyan play a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for managing and coordinating complex projects, ensuring seamless operations, and facilitating effective communication across teams and departments. With a wealth of experience and exceptional organizational skills, a competent Senior Coordinator excels in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines. Sufyan makes bridge between teams, facilitating collaboration, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Mr. Ikram Ullah has joined RAK Services since 2013. He is a key member of our team having a vast experience of 10 years. As an Operations Manager in our company, he plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of various financial processes. He is responsible for managing a team and ensuring that all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company SOP's. His primary goal is to optimize operational efficiency and enhance productivity within RAK SERVICES. Some key responsibilities of Mr. Ikram Ullah include Financial Operations Management, Team Management and Leadership, Process Improvement and Efficiency, Stakeholder Communication, Training and Development.
